This workshop will familiarize participants with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), so they may have a deeper understanding of how the manual is organized and how they can apply the information to their work.

The (DSM) is an important resource and tool for social workers and human services professionals and a standard in our industry.  To be successful in our roles, all of us should have a high-level understanding of the DSM and how it can be applied in our day-to-day work with clients
