Description

Consulting Catalyst is a high-impact, 8-week in-person with hybrid option program designed for independent women consultants ready to move beyond solo practice and scale their consultancy with intention. Facilitated by Certified Management Consultants and industry experts, this program delivers practical strategies for growth—covering positioning, client acquisition, systems, team expansion, financial planning, and brand visibility. Each participant will leave with a personalized Scaling Blueprint, tailored to their unique goals and values along with a USB with digital tools and templates to leverage.

This program is for you if:

  •  You run an established consulting practice and your growth is now limited by capacity, structure, or time.
  • Your business still depends heavily on you, and you want to scale without diluting quality or credibility.

Refunds:

Course registrations cancelled five or more business days prior to the course are refundable less a 25% administration fee.  Unfortunately, cancellations with less than five business days’ notice are not refundable. 

You are welcome to transfer your registration to another cohort date with at least two business days’ notice. 

Course cancellation:

If we need to cancel the course due to unforeseen and/or extenuating circumstances, we will honor registration and reschedule the session for another date.  If you are unable to attend on the new date, a full refund will be offered.
